First, the staff should check whether the various components and wiring of the electric cabinet conform to the predetermined drawings, especially whether the connection between the electric cabinet conforms to the standard.
Second, check whether the installation of the components is firm, whether there is looseness when connecting the complete set of electrical control cabinet equipment. If there is loosening, should tighten all the wiring once.
Third, check the contactor, air switch and thermal relay of the electric control cabinet to see whether the operation can be flexibly operated without a card set.
Fourth, check whether all the connections between the electric cabinet and the installation plate meet the requirements and whether there are omissions.
Fifth, check whether there is a foreign body, debris or iron filings at the upper end of the main circuit breaker of the power distribution cabinet. If you have one, remember to clean it for more stable operation.
Sixth, the insulation inspection should be carried out before the electrical control cabinet complete sets of equipment are energized. Usually, the tests and inspections are carried out by professional power supply builders, as such inspections require professional and accurate measuring equipment.
