1. All employees should check whether their clothing meets the work requirements before entering the work station. Slippers, high heels and clothing that affects safety are not allowed. People with long hair should wear safety helmets. Maintain the correct posture when working, and have sufficient energy to cope with the work. If you feel unwell, you must leave the work station immediately and report to the leader. You must concentrate your mind during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to chat and cooperate with each other. Do not operate in an irritable or tired state to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation.
2. Before the machine works, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine tool idly for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine has a fault.
3. When replacing the mold, first turn off the power supply. After the punching machine movement department stops running, you can start installing and debugging the mold. After the installation and adjustment are completed, move the flywheel by hand to test punch twice, check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the pressure ring is in a reasonable position.
4. The power supply can only be turned on to start the machine after all other personnel have left the machine working area and removed the debris on the workbench.
5. After the machine is started, only one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machine. Others are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board, let alone put their hands into the machine working area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put your hands into the working area of ​​the slider, and it is strictly forbidden to take or put the workpiece by hand. When taking or putting the workpiece in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If the machine makes abnormal sounds or fails, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection.
6. When leaving get off work, the idle power supply should be turned off, and the finished products, side materials and debris at the post should be sorted out to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
