Stamping: Use a punch to press the metal sheet into the metal sheet style required for the mobile phone shell.

CNC: Cut, drill and punch a whole piece of metal through a CNC machine tool to finally get an integrated metal shell.
Although the metal material feels good and has high strength, it has a fatal disadvantage: signal shielding. Therefore, a mobile phone made of 100% metal (excluding the screen glass part) does not exist. In order to achieve signal overflow, the mobile phone must allow the metal material part to be "ventilated" and solve the problem of metal shielding the signal by filling other materials.
At present, the methods of making metal mobile phones "ventilated" are mainly three-stage, window-opening and NMT nano injection molding. The combination of stamping, die-casting integrated CNC and three-stage, window-opening and NMT nano injection molding has formed the "living beings" of current metal mobile phones.
