The commonly used copper rust removal process is chemical treatment. The specific methods are as follows:
If there is only a little rust and oil on the copper stamping, the following treatment process can be used: copper rust removal degreasing agent-water washing-copper chromium passivation liquid-water washing-copper protective film liquid.
For copper stampings with slight rust, the following process can be used: copper degreasing agent-water washing-ultrasonic cleaning agent-water washing-copper chromium passivation liquid-(water washing)-copper protective film liquid treatment.
For copper stampings with severe rust, the following process can be used: copper degreasing agent treatment-water washing-copper pickling and polishing liquid treatment-water washing-copper passivation liquid treatment-(water washing)-and then copper protective film liquid treatment.
