Characteristics of precision stamping processing
Precision stamping is a strong edge pressing precision punching. Its process principle is: on a three-action press, with the help of a special structure of the precision punching die, under strong force, the material is plastic, sheared, and deformed, so as to obtain high-quality precision stamping parts.
Precision stamping processing has the following characteristics:
1. Precision stamping is jointly acted by three forces (punching force, edge pressing force, and anti-top force). The punching gap between the convex and concave dies is only 0.5% of the material thickness, which is 1/10 of the ordinary stamping gap.
2. Precision stamping processing has the advantages of smooth punching surface, high dimensional accuracy, and high flatness. After deburring, it can be directly assembled without the need for cutting, grinding, straightening, and other processing steps required after ordinary stamping, saving a lot of investment in auxiliary equipment and manpower, material resources, and operating costs. It not only improves production efficiency, but more importantly, avoids the loss of accuracy in each process, and ensures the repetitive accuracy and production reliability of mass-produced parts.
