Common quality problems of metal stamping parts include: deformation, burrs, etc.; cracks, warping, surface scratches, corner deformation, etc. of bent parts; flange wrinkles, wrinkles on the drawn wall, damage to the drawn wall, and cracks; flanging cracks, uneven bulging, etc.
These common problems can be solved by the following methods:
1. When designing the mold, there should be a reasonable gap value between the convex and concave dies, fillet radius and processing accuracy.
2. When designing the bending die, effective measures should be taken to reduce springback and the springback amount should be subtracted from the die;
3. Design reasonable fillets to prevent bending cracks;
4. Use a pressure ring to prevent wrinkling during deep drawing, and the pressure should be moderate; use appropriate lubrication to reduce the deep drawing resistance to prevent the die from sticking or pulling through the workpiece;
5. Use professional stamping oil that meets the process requirements.
